This coffee is one of our favorites! Since it is Swiss Water processed to decaffeinate the beans, we absolutely love that we can enjoy its rich flavors without any chemicals! It comes from family-owned farms in the Tzeltal-Tzotzil region, which is in the northern part of Chiapas, Mexico. These proud coffee farmers take great care to depulp, ferment, and dry their coffee, using mico mills. Most farms are less than ten acres, so they can focus on environmentally-friendly organic growing methods. Many farms also produce honey as well. Their careful use of the land increases the overall quality of the beans and improves the lives of their families as well!
The coffee has a smooth taste at first with notes of graham cracker, caramel, and cocoa to finish off. We guarantee you will love this certified 100% organic scrumptious decaf coffee too!
