Organic Ethiopian (Guji Mormora)

I got the light roast and have gotten these same beans from another local roaster near me. They shut down and the Mormora farms beans became unreachable for me to find especially at a good price.

I drink mainly only Ethiopian coffees because they give me the best energy and flavor too! But this one is top notch, very fresh and will leave your home smelling like a boutique coffee shop. Not your standard bean and not just berry fruity but has a few other notes in there that create a balanced fruity coffee.

I haven’t tried their other Ethiopian coffee on here but definitely will knowing that the quality is there and the exact Ethiopian flavor I was going for.

We’ve been using it for the last 6 months. While all the fruit note imply that it would be a more acidic blend, when Italian roasted it isn’t very acidic at all and has some very pleasant notes to it.
