'sLearn more about the child and family we are fundraising for through Love Without Boundaries's (LWB) Unity Fund in China: 

"Alayna was born in early November with a complex heart defect. Her family consists of her grandmother, father, mother, and older half brother. Their income comes from farming a small plot of land. Unfortunately, a flood this year wiped out their crops, leaving them without means to support themselves or afford an expensive surgery. Alayna is going to be monitored for the next three months prior to having surgery. Your donation in any amount will help with the costs of her upcoming care."

Please pray that all $2,600 will be raised for Alayna's medical care. Please also pray for her medical team and family to have wisdom as they care for her, as well as that her family can find means to support themselves again after the flood. 

Every December, we partner with LWB's Unity Fund in China as a way to honor our son in China whom we are waiting to adopt, as well as spread awareness of the desperate need of supporting families. We believe that partnering with families in crisis to help their children to receive life-saving care so they do not have to abandon their children is the very heart of family preservation. We will be donating $1 from every bag of coffee sold this month to LWB Unity fund for Alayna's heart surgery and we'd love for YOU to partner with this charity to help this precious girl and her family!
