Papua New Guinea PSC A/X Eastern Highlands

I've been drinking coffee for a few decades but only seriously in the last one. I think this is my only PNG coffee. Seriously I'm not sure how to categorize this one. It has been very different on different days. In fact I don't it has been the same on consecutive days. (I weigh my beans and water and try to make the coffee making process as consistent as possible.) I put this down to the beans coming from different farms in the same area being all consolidated before shipped out overseas to buyers. On good days this has been very good, full bodied and flavorful. Today, it was somewhat thin and sour. Of course this also depends on what I had been eating. I know this is a horrible review but I got an e-mail reminder to write one and I'm just doing it to get it out of the way.

Usually I don't like coffee beans with a "light roast", but I followed the sellers suggestion, and I'm very happy with my choice. Delicious!
