
Colombia is the world's second-largest coffee producer and these beans are grown at altitudes of 1,000-2,000m. They are fully washed and sun-dried to give them fruity flavors. Their size of grading is "Excelso," which is slightly smaller than the "Surpremo" grade beans, however have similar tasting notes. We recommend a medium to dark roast for optimal mellow flavor.
