These beans are borne out of the Oliveira family's labor of love for coffee and grown at an altitude of 1270m in the Sao Paulo region of Brazil. They are a natural processed and sun-dried bean, with a 30 day resting period between the processings. Their sweet notes include a long finish of honey and blood orange, with a balanced acidity and flavor.
