Excellent Stuff

Dark roast is a bit closer to a true medium roast. In the future I may go a shade darker. However, flavor is excellent and very enjoyable. Fantastic character.

I’ve tried a lot of coffee. Most beans today are so under-roasted that they taste raw and sour. This is not guilty of that offense. It’s an excellent coffee. You have won my business.
