Ethiopian Natural Sidamo (Grade 3) has very diverse flavors, with tones of fruit and herbs. It is grown in the high altitudes of Guji, which is surrounded by green forests and lush mountains. Its site name "Adola" in the Afan Oromo language beams "place of gold mining," as it is a boon for coffee, producing 65+ containers of coffee annually.

ROAST RECOMMENDATION: A lighter roast will give you more of the citrus and tropical taste, with just a hint of chocolate tones. The darker roast will bring out the chocolate flavor, along with a mellow sweetness and low acidity.
