These Indonesia Sumatra beans are lower in acidity than most standard coffees and has fragrant earthy tones. They have been wet-hulled, a unique process that is a hybrid of natural and washed, which lends to the lower acidity. These particular beans were grown in northern Sumatra by small-holder farmers. This is one of our best-selling dark roasted beans!
